Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I was named in my Aunt's will along with 9 other people. All were supposed to receive about $75,000.

My brother was named executor. The other heirs have received their share but, because of bad blood, not me. Is there anything I can do?

Yes. Your attorney will have to move the court to compel the distribution.
