Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I have been named in my Parent's Will along with 8 other brother and sisters. I found out that my brother (the executor) stated he only owes our parents a few thousand dollars on property he bought from them instead of the thousands some of us feel he still owes. Before my mother died she said he still owed money on the property and to make sure it gets added to the rest of the money to be shared with all us children. My question is...How long do I have to contest or dispute a will? I already signed the papers and this estate was settled four years ago but I have had this ongoing battle to get to the truth.

I live in upstate NY.

Unless you have something in writing, I believe you are out of time to either contest the Will or to try to collect anything.
