Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
In NY state, does the executor's commission fee include all related small fees and expenses or are they extra, and is the commission fee negogiable or mandated law?

Executor's commissions are set by statute, and expenses and costs are reimbursed to the executor separately.
