Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

In NYS, does the probate court verify the executor's claim of "Joint Account"?

more; Executor of my Father's will has claimed his 4 bank accounts, without putting them in the probate inventory, saying they are JTWROS, but she will NOT show me proof of that claim. Does she have to verify these are joint accounts at some point? Or do I have to challenge her in court? How?

(Please do not answer if you are only going to tell me to see a lawyer, I know that.)

You can depose the executor, but should do so before contesting the probate of the will.
