Ask the lawyer who drafted and supervised the execution of the Will.

Try what Arnold suggested, calling the attorney who drafted it. If original cannot be found, this may require an intestate proceeding (one where person dies without a Will) or possibly an administration with the Will annexed, which might allow the copy to be used. Check with the Surrogate also, in the County where the decedent resided at time of death. This is a response to an Internet question and the reply is not intended to be legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship.
