Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
im a parent whom wants to will my things to remaining children. i was wondering if my deceased child's kids could probate the will because they werent put in it?

As long as the Will contains some reference to them, they should not be able to contest it. I suggest language something like: "I leave my grandchildren (names) the sum of $1.00 each." What are you including if another child predeceaes you? Will you treat their children similarly? I suggest you seek the assistance of an attorney to assist you.
