Parental dearths

Our parents died within 4 months of each other and never wrote a will.They only thing to dispose of is the house.There are 3 surviving children.Will the state transfer the deed to an estate or directly to the children and what responsibility if any of outstanding credit card debt?

Are there any predeceased children? If not, then you may retain an attorney to transfer the house from your parents to you and your siblings by operation of law.

Any creditors can place a judgment on the house upon the debtor taking ownership to the property. These jusgments would need to be paid if you sell or refinance the home.
