Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
If a person has a letter stating that all their estate after they die goes to their executor and signs that letter, but it is not filed and is not notizied.........is it a legal binding document?

No. There are specific requirements for a will to be valid. See a lawyer. At least you can be sure your wishes will be carried out.
