Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
A peruvian deceased has an apartment in NY. Her will didn't mentioned this property but she has 2 forced heirs (brother & sister)... she's never married or had children.
At the time of her death she was living in Peru.
Should i validate the peruvian paperwork in the US embassy and then what kind of legal process do I have to follow here?

The process is called Ancillary Probate (or Ancillary Administration if there is no Will). You should contact a New York attorney to assist you with the court proceedings, as well as selling the apartment and paying taxes, etc. Feel free to contact our office at 212-401-2990 for a brief complimentary consultation.
