Must these forms have to be recorded with the state of new jersey I know they must witnessed

and signed

IF THE FORMS WERE NOTARIZED ( A PRE-CONDITION TO RECORDING), THEY ONLY NEED TO BE RECORDED IN NJ IF THEY ARE NEEDED TO SELL REAL ESTATE LOCATED IN NJ.

Re: NY power of attorney form

A NYS Power of Attorney form requires the Principal's signature and a Notary Acknowledgment (no other witnesses).

It is required to be recorded when utilized in conjunction with a real estate transaction.
