Power of Attorney

I am named Executrix in my aunts will and also have Power of Attorney, she is in a nursing home, can I sell her house before she dies?

If the POA allows you to do this, you can sell it. You will then be holding the funds on her behalf in a fiduciary capacity, to be used for her, exclusively, and then as the Will directs. If there is no specific direction in the POA, I suggest you review the matter with a local attorney.
