Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
Pre Marriage
Is a pre-nuptual the only document available to protect ones assets before and after marriage? I want to be 101% certain that my children will get ALL their inheritance after I have remarried. My husband, thier father passed away 9 years ago and I am contimplating remarriage.

Re: Pre Marriage
There are other Trust documents that may be executed to insure your children's inheritance. This could involve gifts and creating a life estate. Feel free to contact me for further explanation.
