Am i responsible for deceased spouses debts made prior to marriage? Also one debt made during marriage that i am not listed on? Deceased spouse had no will, no estate, home and property owned by me prior to marriage. Have one joint bank acct with very little in it, can creditors take? Have another acct in my name only, can creditors take?
Husband killed in auto accident, truck owned by both of us, can creditors take ins money paid for truck coverage?

You are not responsilbe for debts prior to the marriage but generally are for debts incurred during the marriage.
