probate will
my aunt of 85yrs died there was no will after she died i found out that she was adapted in my family now her first family poping up who would be responsible for her estate

If she was legally adopted by your family, then her legal ties to her prior family were cut.
If there is no will, she died intestate. Therefore, an individual in your family would be responsible for filing a petition to be administrator of her estate.
