Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
i am in the process of making a living trust. now i have to transfer property to trust using quitclaim deed. there are two names grantor, which is me and my wife. what name you have to put on grantee box. is that the beneficiary on living trust who gets the property after our death or do i have to put my name/wife name.
another words how to transfer property to living trust. it does state a thing about trust or death. by putting the beneficiary name , the property will be transferred now not on the death.
thanks. khan

I agree with David, that the trust is the grantee, not the ultimate beneficiary.
