how is the property distributed
A mother died in a hospital in manhatten, she lived in harlem for 60 years. She was survived by her 3 daughters and 1 son. the son a is sole named benificiary to a $100,000,00 life insurance policy. Ms pearl had 50,000 dollars and a house in harlem she owned valued at 750,000,00...how would this property be distributed

Son receives life insurance policy since it passes outside of will. All other assets solely in her name - house, money, etc. would be equally divided among children if mother died intestate (without a will) and if husband pre-deceased.
