Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

My question is to find out what I can legally do to prevent my oldest sister from selling a piece of land my mother purchased before her death. My mother purchase the property in Ocala, Florida under her name and my oldest sister, however my mother paid for the property in full herself. I since found out that my oldest sister intends on selling the property to one of my other sibling without the consent of the other siblings, myself for example. My mother had a total of 6 childrens. I would like to know what can I do to prevent this property from being sold to my other sibling without consent of the other 4 children. P.s my mother did not have a will nor was an estate ever formed.

If the property was titled jointly with right of surviviorship, your sister is the sole owner. If not,

your sister owns an undivided 1/2.
