Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Hi, My name is Raymond, Age 22. I

want o ask about will and trust. My

mother is deceased and she left some

money for us. We are 3 children and

am the last born. My sister says i

won't get any money, she said am still

young. she will just pay for

everything. Does the law approves

that ? if not, how can i reslove this

matter ?
