Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
I would like to receive letters of testment after I have signed waiver ,will has already went to probate.This is a free legal question.

Once Will is probated, if you are an interested person named therein, you should be contacted by the Executor and receive a copy of the Will. If you do not, contact the Surrogate and for a small fee you can be sent a copy.
