Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I just received my testimentary papers to settle dad account, however it did not state how I can get

paid for my services as executor. It wasn't mention in the will. The only asset dad had was a 2 family house in ny. value of dad home is $380,000. Dad has bank account for $30,000....How can I collect

my fees..can I withdraw the monies from dad estate account, or do I have to go back to court to

get special papers to withdraw this money. I mean I was already elected by the judge to be executor

All dad has is a house inwhich my sibblings live in, and a bank account. I don't know what I'm entitle

to...how do I preceed in this mater. Thank You

You are entitled to a commission from the estate for the work you do as Executrix. You must petition the court to get paid.
