Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
I recieved (via a Server) from sisters lawyer an Accounting Citation from Exectutrix (my sister) regarding an Accounting she finally filed per my request with the court after my mothers estate closed Janurary of this year. She never gave a formal accounting each year as intructed. The estate is going to be closed and I want to object to portions of the Accounting that are not satisfactory and I dont know how to preceed now. I have a court date comming up. Please expedite if possible. I also need to address with The Court some paperwork pertaining to my daughter and my grandson that my sister is not allowing me to see or have in my possession. One is a life insurance policy for my dauther that my mom said I was beneficiary for and a College Scholorship for my grandson she refuses to give to me or his mother, my dauther. Please advise. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

A formal objection must be filed immediately. l suggest you retain counsel, as a hearing may be required. A lawyer can write a letter regarding the other matters.
