Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I am a senior citizen and a a Revocable Trust for my properties in Ny and Virginia. I owe some consumer debt and need to know if the creditors can freeze my bank account and place levy's on my properties.

Being held in a revocable trust, is merely an alter-ego for you personally. Yes, creditors can levy against these assets.
