Sister has not settled estate ,in the state of Georgia after nearly 2 years, she is the executor what can i do?

It's not clear whether you mean your sister has not yet submitted the will for probate, or whether she did so, but it's taken 2 years now for you to get distributions. What did she say when you called her up?
