Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

sister has a "signed will" and will not let me have a copy. How can I force her to show will. We are both supposed to inherit a house that she doesn't want to share but it's about to go into foreclosure. I can't do anything as long as I am unable to put my name on the deed.

Is this your sister's will, or someone else's will? You don't have any right to see your sister's Last Will and Testament. If it's someone else's will you're talking about, and your sister is the executor, then you can go down to the courthouse and see a copy of the will on the computer (or in the file which the clerk will let you see). I don't know what you mean about a "house you're both supposed to inherit."
