Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I started a guardianship action under The NY Mental Hygene Law, Article 81, for 3-1/2 months, mountains of evidence comes to light, its clearly determined my grandaunt is the only true owner of all her assets; we waited 6 months for the order to be signed, the grandaunt dies, the order isn't signed. A family member transfers the deed to himself. My question once I receive the letters of testimentory can I bring a turnover proceeding to bring the property back under the estate?
