Does a surviving spouse who is on the deed of the home supersede the deceased spouse wishes in the will to divide the house and real property between the three surviving children?

Assuming the house is held jointly, the house will pass outside the will. It would be the same with a joint bank account or an insurance policy with a named beneficiary. The will disposes of what is yours alone.
