Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I have been told that my aunt who lives in New York State is going to leave us her home. Will I have to pay to fees to obtain the home? I know there will be costs to maintaine, but I am concernered about upfront fees.

I do not know what you mean by fees. If the aunt is deeding you the house, you would have to pay to have the deed filed.
