i need trust help

my father passed away when i was nine, i was left a trust for the proper education health and general welfare as deemed necessary by the trustee. how do i close this trust so i can purchase a home? i need to leave 2000 dollars for each one of my three kids before the total comes to me. what do i do? my uncle keeps running me in circles and is very rude when i call asking for money. my home is falling apart around me and i need this money to purchase a new one. how do i legally do this ?

I suggest you have an attorney examine the trust instrument to determine whether or not the Trustee is following the directives.

In addition, if you have not already done so, you should compel him to account for the assets.

You may need to bring a court proceeding to compel compliance on his part.
