Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Hello! I have trustee account as custodian for my minor daughter under the NY UTMA. I would like withdraw money from this account for my daughter needs (food, clothes, school supplies, tutor, medical insurance, etc) How can I do it?

Just withdraw what you need, but be sure you keep receipts verifying for what the funds were expended. If the account has checking privileges, make the check payable to where the funds were spent. In either case, retain all receipts.
