Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
As the trustee of a monetary trust in New York State , do i need an attorney to close out this trust now that the due date has come? Or can i just dispurse the funds as stated in the trust once all the money has been liquidated and provide an accounting of the money to the beneficiaries?
