Trustee Release

I am about the final distribution form a Trust. Do you have a release form that the beneficiary can sign release me from all liablilites

You should use a form called Release and Refunding Bond and get it from each beneficiary, as this needs to be filed with the Surrogate to dischargte you and close the estate. I provide each beneficiary with a simple, informal accounting of the estate and also ask that they sign a Waiver form, waiving the requirement of a formal judicial accounting by the Executor and approves the informal accounting. Unless you have acted improperly, the signing of these documents and filing the RB&R with the Surrogate closes the estate and relieves you of any responsibility.
