Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
my uncle is administrator,i am a heir house is in contract should close 4-6 weeks,how long after that do I receive my share in new York.thank you

There is no time specified for distributions. I do not know what may be involved with the estate that might delay a distribution. If things go smoothly, it might be a week or so after the closing, but this is merely a guess, so if the estate is somewhat complicated, this could take more time.
