Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Voiding a will

Is there any way of voiding an old will that longer represents my wishes (I re-married)? I plan on re-writing my will but it is not completed yet.

The easiest way to cancel an old will is to destroy it... rip it up and burn the pieces; then make a NEW will ASAP. I recommend you consult with an attorney in your area to expedite this process.
