Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

My wife was one of ninie children. She would have been an inheritant of a portion of her parents estate at death. My wife passed away several years ago. Will I, her spouse, be excluded from her share of her now disceased parents estate?

Assuming that your wife passed away before her parents, you would not benefit from their estates. However, your wife's children may be beneficiaries depending upon what the parents' wills say or whether they had wills or not.
