Re: will challenge

NOT ENOUGH FACTS ARE PRESENTED FOR A COMPLETE ANSWER. FOR EXAMPLE, ARE THEY COMPETENT, HAS UNDUE INFLUENCE BEEN EXERTED UPON THEM, HOW IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM, HOW IS YOUR ASSET STRUCTURE COMPARED TO YOUR SIBLING, WHAT LIFETIME GIFTS HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO EITHER OR BOTH OF YOU AND DO EITHER OF YOU LIVE WITH OR CARE FOR THEM? PARENTS ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO TREAT CHILDREN EQUALLY, AND THEY MAY HAVE GOOD REASON TO DO WHAT YOU SUGGEST. ON THE OTHER HAND, THERE MAY BE ISSUES YOU COULD RAISE, LIKE THEIR COMPETENCY OR THE EXERCISE OF UNDUE INFLUENCE BY YOUR SIBLING. IF YOU PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION AND CONTACT ME DIRECTLY, I WILL TRY TO RESPOND BETTER TO YOUR QUESTION.
