will
my DAD passed 2 yrs ago, my sister was living with me as she would on and off for the past 30 yrs. as soon as my DAD died she went to live at my moms and there is a Estate with a value of 3 to 5 million and my sister and momare taking everything. I was left about 8 thousand from my Uncle that they took and I never was told about any will readings and there is a trust fund of apx. 475,000 that is gone. The attorney they have did a bunch of things with the funds and I need help.

Re: will
First, I would get a copy of the Will from the Surrogate in the County where your Dad lived when he died, to see what he left you, if anything. Then I would review your rights to contest what has gone on with a good estate attorney. If you were left something and it has gone improperly, you may have claims against the Executors, the trustees and the attorney.
Re: will
If you're confident that you were left money or are sure you've been ripped off, you should retain counsel immediately to protect your rights. As Mr. Levine stated, the first thing to do is to obtain a copy of the will.
I can help you and I have an office right up the river here in Croton on Hudson. Call me or email to schedule an appointment this week.
