Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
I have a will document that was referred to as a conformed copy of the original. I do not have the original and the attorney who handled the will preparation does not have the original, either. In New York, can that "conformed copy" of the will be probated? What about in Pennsylvania?

Very difficult- I suggest either republication by Codicil (incorporating the copy by reference and attachment of it as an Exhibit to a new Codicil) or doing a new Will.
