Possibly. Why take the chance that it won't for the relatively small cost of a will prepared by a competent attorney.

An online will may "hold up" if it's done right. The best course of action is to go to an attorney to have your will prepared. However, if that is not an option, you might try an online service that includes review by an attorney. For example eLawyerNY.com
