Will issues

In will it says, ''I appoint my attorney Executor of my Will, with full power to make, lease, sell and convey all or any part of the real or personal property of which I may die, seized or possessed, and the make, execute, acknowledge and deliver good and valid instruments and deeds of conveyance, guaranteeing to the purchaser or purchasers, title in fee simple, absolute, subject, if nec. to purchase money mortgage or mortgages, to be given as part of the consideration of said deed expressed and to do all other acts in his judgment nec. or desirable to the proper and advantageous mgmt and distribution of my estate and granting unto him any powers of appointment held by me under any written document. Also, My Executor sahll be entitled to receive compenstion and advance compensation with respect to any property administered pursuant to this will.
