Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

no will was left from our father when he passed. there r 3 children. we agreed to half sister being administator of estate. she has sold items and pocketed the money and never turned it into the estate and spent money on things that i feel that should not have been like fixing peoples tires on there car, over paying people 4 gas to transport her, things i feel that should not have come out of estate money can she do this?

You need to go to the Surrogates' Court that issued the Letters of Administration and petition to replace her as Administrator and to account for the estate assets.
