Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
I am currently doing a will for my mom and do not know how to add one item.
She would like her tennant to stay in her home til time of sale.
This will help from any damage til it is sold.

More information is needed. However, normally day to day issues from an estate are handled by the executor and not specified in the will.
