can a will be modified by the executor of the estate after the party has deceased? Can the deed for the property or home be modified or automatically turned over to the executor after the party has deceased.

A. No.

Q. Can the deed for the property or home be modified or automatically turned over to the executor after the party has deceased.

A. The executor would sign a deed on behalf of the estate.
