Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Will states that I have in safe keeping pieces of crystal and china? There are no lists of these items by the deceased and I do not have anything in safekeeping.? What do I do?

When you are contacted by the Executor tell him this. He may need an Affidavit or something in writing from you to verify you naver were given the material.
