Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
I have my will and testament made in the Philippline becuase it is cheaper.
Would it be legitimate in New York?

Possibly. However, if the witnesses are resident in the Phillipines and the Surrogate's Court wants them to appear in New York, your estate will have massive problems.
