Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Wills

In 2004, my Aunt mentioned me in her will. In her latest will 2006, I was not mentioned. Is there anything I can do? I received letters from her lawyer. She passed in Jan.2009

Re: Wills

Unless you can establish that the change was due to some bad cause, such as undue influence by another estate beneficiary, incapacity, etc., you have no standing. People change Wills all the time, for a variety of reasons; particularly where more remote relatives are concerned. More facts are needed about the changes made, to provide more than a general reply to your question.
