do ALL wills need to be excuted?? What is improper excution of a will??

Yes, to be valid a Will needs to be signed and, unless in the maker's own hndwriting, it needs to be dated, signed and witnessed. A personally handwritten Wll (Holographic Will) only needs to be dated and signed by its maker, This is what is meant by "execution". If not done in accdance with the law of the State where signed, it is said not to be properly executed, and will be denied probate.
