Can I give a religiose group legal rights to decide my final funeral arrangment, this by writing it down and noterized with a witness. will this be considered legal and binding against the wish of other family members ie. wife,brother,mother, etc

Yes- you need to put this in your will and your burial wishes should be kept as long as the will is probated-- meaning the person you name as Executor processes the will in court.
