Yes, if they meet all of the requirements of NY law to be probated. This means proper signing and witnessing, plus proper language and notarization of self-proving affidavit. Unless all requirements, language and signatures meet the requirements, it probably will not be accepted for probate. For a few dollars more, I suggest you use a competent attorney failiar with the requirements.
