Re: WIlls

In NY, you would look at the Surrogates Court Procedure Law, The Estates, Powers and Trusts Law and The Decedent's Estates Law.

Alternatively, you could engage an attorney or attend law school yourself.

In addition to the cites from Arnold, you could check the article section of this web site, do a Google search under "Wills" or check any NY Surrogate's Office web site, go to the library, etc. Or, if you have a specific question, contact me directly.

I will be at the law library most of tomorrow, wednesday February 2, 2005.

You are welcome to meet with me and I can show you some materials.

4pm at 42 west 44th street is good for me. Ask for me at the front desk. Please email to confirm.
