how do i stop payments to my late fathers pensions and socil security payments from another country. i'm in charge of his will

A simple letter advising them of his death (include copies of the death certificate and your estate appointment) should do it. At the same time, make claim for any balances due. There may be designated beneficiaries who might need to claim their share of any balance due, so request claim forms for them also.
